TO USE: Wet body and massage a small amount of body wash onto body, working into a lather. Rinse well.

I'm going to get right to the point without any superlatives. 1) There is virtually NO scent to this product. I was advised by FCS to add perfume drops from the collection that I really like to the bottle and shake hard until it smells really good. It didn't work and I felt I was wasting perfume after so much was used, 2) It has the consistency of WATER and does not produce a single bubble or sign of mixing with water to clean the skin.
3) I used a) a washcloth 2) A net sponge and 3) My European shower attachment to my soaking tub to try to produce SOME effect, and it was as inert as it is in the bottle. 4) Because I am an optimist, I bought the Body Wash in 3 other collections. ALL are water- filled bottles with some coloring, almost no scent at all and NO cleansing of the skin. I, therefore, consider this formulation to be a huge fail, along with the new-ish Body Milk. Almost all water.
It is my professional opinion that the surfactant level vs. surface tension is totally OFF with ALL these newer thin Body Wash preparations. I had the same thing happen with 2 others. Until the company makes a rich gel that mixes with water and produces visible cleaning, I'm out of buying Body Wash ( and also the extremely thin Body Milk). While I have not been a FCS customer that long, I know a high water content product when I use one, and both the " new" Body Wash and Body Milk formulations are mostly water. Water is a needed humectant but we get that in our showers and baths and through the liters of water we drink every day for health, It should not be so prominent in new products that they run off the body into the tub, shower, or with the Body Milk, onto the bed or floor.
Please reformulate Body Wash and Body Milk as they are not pleasant nor luxurious to use.

We have taken your feedback onboard and have made sure to double check all our Creamy Body Washes we have in stock to make sure they are the correct consistency and will continue to ensure we double check any further that are made.
I bought this scent by accident, I thought I was getting something else. I will use it because I love the body wash but I am not sold on the scent. It is very light and subtle. It doesn't last as long as far as the scent notes go. It does leave me feeling clean.

Local Pickup is a new shipping option that is available to anyone that can come and collect their orders. Collection point is our new and shiny warehouse, AKA Fortune Cookie Soap Head quarters! Once your order is ready to be picked up we will send you a confirmation email which includes the current pick up slot times, please do not try and pick up your order before receiving this email as your order may not be ready. Once you collect your order you will receive a refund for your shipping costs. For local pick up please do call us on 918-561-6209 when you are outside and we can bring your order to you.
