This was a nice box, I couldn't appreciate the theme as much since I'm not as familiar with the movie; however, the products were great.

No comparison with previous holiday boxes

I’ve ordered several different holiday boxes over the years and they always exceeded my expectations and were a great value. This one was such a disappointment. From the moment it was delivered and I saw how much smaller it was (not much bigger than a couple monthly mini boxes) to my grave disappointment in the “limited edition” printed bonuses which were 2 stickers. Past boxes have had t-shirts and such. This set was just not worth the money. It (like everything else these days) was more expensive than previously and for me personally was less of a value than ever before. Shrinkflation maybe? I spent money I really shouldn’t have but had total faith it would be an investment of sorts like past collections. It didn’t have a candle which was probably my biggest disappointment, or even a room spray.
Serious FCSC fans are familiar with the most popular products, the ones that sell out quickly month after month. I couldn’t believe I didn’t find them in a box that was supposed to be so exclusive and was significantly more expensive with higher shipping fees as well.

I’m truly shocked that I seem to be the only one that felt let down based on the other reviews. There was just no comparison between this holiday box and all the others I purchased in years past. I actually felt like I’ve received grab bags ($20 I believe) that were more exciting.

We are so sorry that you were disappointed in this box. Although there were quite a few smaller items in the box like the perfume, eye serum, scent diffuser and lip scrub they are all full sizes and the box was worth the promised $165. We try our best to try and select products that everyone would hopefully like and we are sorry that they weren't for you this time around.

Local Pickup is a new shipping option that is available to anyone that can come and collect their orders. Collection point is our new and shiny warehouse, AKA Fortune Cookie Soap Head quarters! Once your order is ready to be picked up we will send you a confirmation email which includes the current pick up slot times, please do not try and pick up your order before receiving this email as your order may not be ready. Once you collect your order you will receive a refund for your shipping costs. For local pick up please do call us on 918-561-6209 when you are outside and we can bring your order to you.

What is your policy on returns?

We want you to love your FCS order! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund or store credit. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns after the 10 day period.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
