Most of the scents we currently sell and have sold in the past are all blends. We did not add them to this list. Feel free to browse the site and museum for those blends. :) The scents listed are what we use to create our blends.
Here's how CYO works.
- Add a CYO Shower Oil to your shopping cart
- Use the drop-down boxes to choose up to three scents, starting with the one you want to smell the most, and so on. If you only want one scent, you'll need to choose the "No Scent" option for the second and third drop-down boxes. If needed, feel free to give us additional information in the notes section when you check out.
- If you are naming a custom blend, you will have the option to write your custom blend name in the text box. (Please note, for multiple Body Washes, you'll need to do steps 1-3 for each one)

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. For international orders, shipping can take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Local Pickup is a new shipping option that is available to anyone that can come and collect their orders. Collection point is our new and shiny warehouse, AKA Fortune Cookie Soap Head quarters! Once your order is ready to be picked up we will send you a confirmation email which includes the current pick up slot times, please do not try and pick up your order before receiving this email as your order may not be ready. Once you collect your order you will receive a refund for your shipping costs. For local pick up please do call us on 918-561-6209 when you are outside and we can bring your order to you.

We want you to love your FCS order! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund or store credit. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns after the 10 day period.Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note if you have any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days or we will be unable to assist further.Before returning your items please contact customer service to let us know you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, or store credit (minus shipping charges). In order to process your return smoothly, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. We will issue the return or store credit(minus shipping charges) when we receive your items. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We doNOTaccept items have have been used.
