This box was an awesome surprise to come home to after work! The theme was absolutely perfect, and the scents were divine!

Everything smells fantastic except the body wash, it's ok.

Best Scents of the Season

For a box intended for spring with some summer vibes, this one nailed it. All the scents are lovely, there isn't a single one I don't like. Some are more fruity, while others have that fresh clean beach vibe. The products themselves are outstanding. I wish the Beach You Off shower gel was a regular stock item because they nailed the formula. It is one of the best shower gels I have ever used. Great for my sensitive skin and the exfoliation is surprisingly gentle. I also loved the bath bomb and need another one of those, but I have used the Every Night is Girls Night Jelly Gloss almost every day. It has such a nice hydrating formula and isn't too sticky.

At least by this doll! I really enjoyed the variety of products, the scents were perfect and definitely on theme, my top favorite was the butter balm! Smells amazing and really melts like butter, 10/10

Best box ever

I think this was better than the advent calendar. And I enjoyed the advent calendar. I hope they do another Easter box next year and perhaps consider specialty boxes for other upcoming holidays this year. Review of the Easter box is up on my YouTube channel: @AnneAndCamel

How does Local Pickup Work?

Local Pickup is a new shipping option that is available to anyone that can come and collect their orders. Collection point is our new and shiny warehouse, AKA Fortune Cookie Soap Head quarters! Once your order is ready to be picked up we will send you a confirmation email which includes the current pick up slot times, please do not try and pick up your order before receiving this email as your order may not be ready. Once you collect your order you will receive a refund for your shipping costs. For local pick up please do call us on 918-561-6209 when you are outside and we can bring your order to you.

What is your policy on returns?

We want you to love your FCS order! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund or store credit. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns after the 10 day period.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
