Other Ways To Use Dream Oil
- Direct Palm Inhalation: For an immediate effect, use Dream Oil before bed through direct palm inhalation. Apply the bottle across the palms a few swipes side to side, rub palms together and take 2-3 deep breaths into the hands. Also, you can apply a few swipes to your wrists and rub together to continue to experience the benefit as you drift off to sleep.
- One Minute Massage: Roll the bottle across the palms several times to apply a good bit of product, rub palms together, and massage the neck, hands or feet. The jojoba will leave your skin softened and the essential oil blend will encourage dreams and sweet slumber.
- Evening Massage Oil: Use Dream Oil as part of an evening massage oil to create a soothing bedtime ritual. To do this, roll the stainless steel ball across your palms a few times and then add a pump of your favorite massage oil, massage and repeat until the body is thoroughly covered.
- Aromatic Bath: Right before bath-time, apply the roll-on to your wrists and rub in. The oils will diffuse in the bathwater for a dream enhancing effect.

I love the idea of this and the crystal roller is adorable but the smell isn’t right for diving into bed and drifting to sleep. Can’t put my finger on it. I love essential oils but this one isn’t my jam.
This sleep oil is amazing! It helps so much and smells amazing.
-I bought this during the Christmas in July sale. I have been curious about this product for a while so when I saw it for a cheaper price, I decided to give it a try. Oh how I regret this decision.
-This dream oil stinks. It has some kind of earthy scent that's really noticeable and not in a good way. Maybe it's the Mugwort and Meadowfoam? I find it unusable. I find the smell too distracting to sleep. I have no idea how anyone can find this soothing, let alone fall asleep while wearing this.
-I had high expectations for this due to the rating and reviews, but to be honest I would give the 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend this. It just smells too bad. I will most likely throw mine away.

My daughter has always struggled to fall asleep. She unfortunately has many wakeful nights. This product has relaxed her on some of her harder nights.
